Free Shipping Deals
Free shipping is available for all orders over $150.
Standard shipping is used for free shipping deals.
All orders over $150 qualify for free shipping within Australia via standard shipping & are sent via Australia Post. I will provide you with a tracking number when your order has been despatched. Due to my location in Mareeba, Far North Queensland, there may be delays due to remote location so please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. For all orders under $150 the shipping charge is $14.95.
Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code).
Any International Shipping - All local government import and duties incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please understand that this is not within our control and we cannot prepay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
If you choose to refuse a shipment or a parcel is returned to sender, Bels Boho Collection reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the costs incured of shipping and merchant fees.
The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.
