30 DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please inspect your ordered items for faults as soon as you receive them. If you feel you have found a fault, please contact me immediately to discuss on 0413 233 978 or via email belinda.marsterson@gmail.com
If your item is faulty, you can return it unused & unworn & in its original condition with all tags still attached within 30 days at the buyer’s expense. Please ensure you enclose a self-addressed Australia Post Satchel so that I can send your exchanged item back to you.

No refunds, returns or exchanges on pre-ordered items or sale items, unless the item is faulty when received.
I do not provide refunds for change of mind.
For hygiene reasons, I do not offer exchanges or refunds for the following items if you change your mind:
Hair Accessories
Pierced Jewellery items.
I will check all returned items once received. Any items not in its original unworn condition and no labels attached will be rejected.
Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for goods that are lost while in transit, therefore I recommend returning goods with an Australia Post tracking number to ensure their safety. Return postage expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
